Steven J. Eisner – President and CEO

Years of Experience: 36+

Operational responsibility on a day-to-day basis, including strategic planning, budget development, and marketing for seven-system ancillary Support Service, Material Management, Material Management Information Systems Dietary Services, Environmental/Bio-Medical Engineering, Plant Maintenance, Facility Design, and successful integration with clinical ancillary services. System dollar responsibility - $123 million for acute care hospitals and medical groups.

Responsibilities include:

  • Accountable for overall performance/client relations
  • Directs Executive Team
  • Serves as Primary Contact for client and account directors


Nashwa Boctor – VP of Human Resources

Years of Experience: 20+

Nashwa joined Integrated Support Solutions, Inc. in 1996 as Vice President of Human Resources/Corporate Counsel.  Nashwa assumes responsibility for all aspects of human resources for ISSI.  Nashwa has experience in all aspects of the legal, restaurant and contract service industry.  Nashwa is particularly effective in system development, program implementation, managing change with sensitivity, and team building.

  • Serves as counsel to ISSI
  • Provides oversight on employee relations issues
  • Serves as a resource to account teams regarding human resource issues



Catherine Van Wert, R.N., M.B.A, Chief Operations Officer

Years of Experience:  27+


As a Senior Executive with over 27 years of experience in large scale facility operations, Cathy is responsible for the operation of our corporation.  Actively participates in day-to-day operations, strategic planning, budget development and fiscal accountability for our facilities.  Provides support as necessary to Vice-President of Contract Operations with account administration, transition planning and execution, interaction with our clients and contract negotiations.  Reports to CEO

Robert Frank, FMP – Vice-President of Contract Operations 

Years of Experience: 26 +


Direct field supervision of operations for ISSI accounts. Provides mentoring and support for account management, senior operational responsibility, project management.  Provides direct interaction with account administrators.  Guarantees the highest quality of output and services, the most efficient use of resources, and ensures a safe and sanitary work environment meeting all regulatory agency standards.  Ensures that all accounts exceed required levels of compliance with all related governing and monitoring organizations such as OSHA, JCAHO, AOA, OBRA, CMS and the California Department of Public Health. Reports to CEO.

  • Primary Client Contact   Fiscal Responsibility

Conducts quarterly facility inspections to assure compliance with safety, sanitation and food handling practices, purchasing programs and recipe utilization.



Tamara Ehrlich – Director of Human Resources

Years of Experience: 7

Tamara ‘s extensive background in Human resources has provided us with the tools necessary to improve our employee relations, maintain compliance with the requirements of the County’s Living Wage Ordinance, benefits administration and payroll processing techniques.  Her coaching and communication style promotes Manager and hourly employee morale, reduced absences and lowered worker’s compensation claims.

  • Develop and Monitor Staff Training   Primary Contact/Human Relations
  • Personnel File Record Retention   Management Performance Appraisal
  • Team Building and Development   Compliance Human 
  • Meets quarterly with facility food service team to monitor human relations and compliance with HR policies and applicable law.  Meets at least annually with facility or institution Human Resources Director, if appropriate.  Provides or coordinates training programs for the facility, if appropriate.  Will be the primary contact for any displaced applicants who are qualified for either management or hourly positions that may become available.
